Bio
This admiration branched from architecture, which taught me the core principles of designing for the client. From here, my empathetic personality and creative flair drove me to the UX design immersive course at General Assembly. The 10 week bootcamp helped refine my skills further as well as fuelling my ambition to search for a Creative Director or UI/UX Design role at a creative yet challenging design company.
Primary Skills
Due to my interest in design, I am quick at learning and applying new information. Below are the three main areas that my key strengths lie in, as well as software skills. For a full breakdown, please refer to my LinkedIn or get in touch to view my Resume below.
01
User Research
During the UXDI Course Online, I learn how to undertake quick and effective user research by applying agile methodologies. Throughout the design projects, I carried out in depth competitive and comparative analysis of the various companies in order to have a solid foundation to start the design process from.
02
Empathy
I have always been intrigued by the pyschology behind people's problems and behaviours. This particular interest drove me to pursue a career in UX. I am interested in learning more about how feelings, thoughts, and actions can be improved by good designs. "Design is about 3 dimensions and the 5 senses." - Danielle Sacks.
03
Visual Design
Due to my background as an artist, I have grown to appreciate the visual representation of design work. Throughout my years of experience, I developed advanced level skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. This has helped me during the development of hi-fi prototypes in UX design.

Agile Methodology
I apply the double diamond technique to all my UX design sprints. I believe that research and testing are key in delivering a successful project for the user. From quick, hand drawn sketches to MVP prototypes, my process involves developing the best solution to identified pain points through an iterative approach.
